There is a moment in almost every transformation when someone asks: "Which framework should we use?" That is usually the moment it already goes wrong.
Frameworks are maps, not the terrain
A framework can help you orient yourself. But nobody sails a map. Agility does not come from rituals — it comes from short feedback loops, real ownership, and the courage to leave things out.
It is not the number of ceremonies that matters, but how fast an organization learns from reality.
The uncomfortable truth: most "agile transformations" optimize processes, not outcomes. They make the theatre bigger, not the impact.
